Interesting and provocative ideas, but the movie fell a bit flat. The visuals were beautiful, and the acting was pretty good, but some characters and characterizations felt a bit too cliche. I feel like this movie may have benefitted from a longer run time with more plot than lonely girl "two ghosts" stereotype. The themes behind the movie attempt to break the fourth wall, and I would say they have, given all the backlash from the casting, but it didn't quite leave the impression it was aiming for.
