Fun read. Sad grammar/writing are uneven. Deborah B. should be embarrassed to be listed as "Proofreader." Copy Editor as well. They've done a disservice to the authors.
First line of the book is off-putting and jarring: "Between 1954 to 1962..."
Obviously, should be "From 1954 to 1962." This happens throughout. Too many other errors to list. Makes reading a minefield. Anyway, kudoos for a great effort
