In 3 seasons they captured a show that was so connected you couldn’t feel cheated at the end...even if it meant saying goodbye to an awesome set of actors. Why did this not win more awards? Franco was AMAZING!!! Are the raw subjects they portrayed still too taboo to celebrate? I don’t believe so, it was all done very tastefully. Beautiful relationships and acting. I absolutely loved it. Such dimension in characters is hard to find in today’s “real world” style of cinematic “art”. Seriously, a gem.
