This masterpiece of a movie that stars one of my favorite singers (and actresses), has always been a favorite of mine. From the hilarious delivery of jokes to the amazing singing from the ENTIRE cast, this is absolutely one of my comfort movies. I mean, really -- there are so many perfect comedy lines throughout the movie, with a lovable cast to play the lovable characters (Rebel Wilson playing Fat Amy HAS to be my favorite <3). HIGHLY RECOMMEND WATCHING THIS FILM. Btw, side note for those of you wondering about what ages should watch this movie, I would say at LEAST 11 and older. Though, that's my opinion. This movie includes (of course) cussing, dirty jokes, the middle finger (which isn't exactly that bad in my opinion), and sexual themes (other than just sex jokes).

Two words: comfort movie. When I was about 4 or 5 (or at least some type of young age), I remember so vividly when my mom when turn on the TV and put on The Sandlot. About 10 years later, when I completely forgot about the movie and was bored, scrolling around on Disney+, I saw this movie on recommended and memories came flooding back. While I love this film for bringing back a wave of nostalgia for me (even though I wasn't born in the years when it was made), the plot is terrific -- with many lovable characters and a great cast for them. I truly love the bond between all the boys (especially from the Fourth of July scene and the ending scenes) between a simple, seemingly never-ending game of baseball. HIGHLY RECOMMEND WATCHING THIS FILM (in fact, you should go do it right now :D).
