The novel is very dramatic and I love it. The characters are complex and most likable. It digs deep to sew together the relationships and status of the different characters present within the story. Since the novel got so popular the manhua was made and the adaptation from words to art is quite stunning and beautiful.

The animation was the first thing that brought me to watch this anime because of how stunning the 3d is. When watching this I kinda felt like I was in the world with them because of how isolated it feels with no "humans" overrunning the place. The soundtrack is perfect for this kind of story and the opening kind of sticks to your head without realizing it. The story is still going in the manga so if you finish the anime, I recommend jumping right into the manga next because things get even more crazier.

I do love this book. It is fun and mysterious with great imagery. While reading this, I always had the character’s voices play in my head. My rating is a 8.5/10.
