Way toooooooo childish. When I saw the trailer I thought 'Hey!! this looks fun'. Well not anymore. The story was not at all engaging and was overly straightforward for a Pixar film. I think Onward was better than this. The only great thing about this movie is that the visuals are beautiful and colourful and might entertain little kids of ages 5-8. But I was disappointed with Pixar this time. Looks like they wanted to try something new but did not turn out well enough. Better watch Raya and the Last Dragon which is way better than this.

The Little Mermaid is one of the better live action adaptations from Disney that pretty much retains the heart and soul of the original story. It's not perfect and definitely has it's issues ( Scuttlebutt being the worst aspect of it ) but it's a beautiful and charming movie nonetheless which comes close to recapturing the magic of the animated original. The performances of the cast are amazing with Halle Bailey being the greatest aspect of the film. Overall a perfect family entertainer.

RRR is a gripping blockbuster epic about two legendary revolutionaries fighting for their country against the British Raj. It is 3 hours long but feels half it's runtime. It is one of the most eye popping and electrifying movies released this year. The one thing that makes RRR so special is how it manages to mix a bunch of genres to create something so refreshing and exhilarating. It has action, drama , music , terrific dance battles , comedy and a little bit romance. No wonder people from around the globe have been raving about it like crazy. If you're looking for a perfect family movie to watch this weekend go for RRR.
