I’m 86, widowed, and my daughter is 57, just retired....and we both love Monk. Careful not to give away plots when we get together. My husband and I always watched and enjoyed it the first time around, and we were nearly opposites.....but together for 65 years. It might be underestimated by some, but when considered in sections, exceptionally well done. Nearly always well written.........once in a while, a hokey one.🤨 Very well cast.....Sharona & Natalie brought different perspectives to show, but both very good......their kids, as well. .................. Theme song Great....!! But Tony’s “Monk” was one of a kind.....can’t imagine anyone else creating that strong a personality, with so many tiny foibles..... Absolutely ingenious. Would like to see entire series again.......beginning to end.👍🤗..Thanks..
