The adherence to Herbert’s basic narrative is a treat for fans of Herbert’s Dune series. The cast is well chosen for their roles especially Chalamet, Ferguson and Momoa. The CGI does not detract from the tragedy that befalls House Atreides. Looking forward to Part 2 in the future. Denis Villineuve “delivers the goods”.
