This was nothing like the book. The importance of Zed to the overall storyline was omitted. The direct of "After" did a marvelous job of capturing the love between Tessa and Hardin. This movie focused way too much on sex which yes, it's in the book but the story is so much more than that.
I read the entire series after seeing both movies. My best advice to anyone interested is get the books. It will fill in the holes that the movie does not.
