I've been doing the adventure mode of this game for a while now — a couple of weeks? My entire family has grown to enjoy it, and it plays mostly like a classic RPG (similar to Pokémon in some attack mechanics). Of course I haven't been doing it long enough to see visible weight loss, but it's been a very efficient source of exercise and is very fun.
