Really impressed with the acting and story line. Great compelling show.

This is the first film I’ve walked out on in a long time. While I love Emily blunt, Lin Manuel Miranda does not have the same appeal on screen. Many of the songs seem written without a particular scene in mind, and a mindless, oppressive political message seems to imbue seemingly innocent scenes. Why?? My three year old started to get antsy an hour in, and when Meryl Streep showed up to chew the scenery, so did I. Skip this. It’s literally an insult to the original.
