I am about to quit watching NASCAR on TV because the broadcasters are so in love with camera angles that don't show the racing. The only view which allows the TV viewer to really see what is happening is the side view with a backed off zoom so you can see more than one car and tell which car is advancing. The coming straight at you and going straight away views suck because you can't tell how close end to end the cars are, you can't read the car numbers. and you can't tell which cars are going faster. The on-board views are no better. The straight on and on-board views are cool ONCE-IN-WHILE, but the majority of the race should be shown from the side view.
