I thought it was a disaster. They went way overboard with the whole sending a message idea. They had so many opportunities to actually tell an entertaining story and they overloaded it with “character counts” and be happy with who are I started getting lost. Some of the transitions within the movie were very confusing also. It seemed very evident to me they made a Giant push to promote their upcoming programming about the spongebob camp as well. I know it sounds like I’m just nit picking but I felt it was all over the place with everything going on and then it culminated in a mush fest sprinkled in with please subscribe to paramount plus so you can access to the Spongebob camp show. Also. The whole Keanu Reeves Jimeney Cricket thing was funny until it got dum.
