Hated it! Has no meaning at all! Anything and everything is happening here without any logic! And one person is getting into so many relationships 🤣say for Caroline, she was with damon, Tyler, matt, stefan, klaus! But I liked Caroline's character, how she evolved to be a strong independent woman, that was worth watching. Songs were nice. Pretty much hated the main characters, nothing other than a pretty face.Dobrev was a total nag. It showed that only those 3 characters would never die, others' lives were quite immaterial. Totally a teen watch. Valuable time lost.

I don't normally go about posting reviews after watching movies. Usually I just rate them and that's it. But this time I just couldn't. The director and scriptwriters have done wonders with this movie. I haven't watched many Jammwal movies but I know that he is known for the action genre. So when I first came across his interview on The Times, I was a little surprised. Then I had completely forgotten about it until today when I saw it streaming on hotstar and after seeing it's IMDB rating I knew I had to see this. I bingewatched it till 2 AM and for the first time in a long time I feel that I don't in the least regret. This movie had everything - love, thrill, gasping action sequels and all of this from a common man's perspective. This movie even had a hetero gender action scene and that too on the toughest note possible which I don't recall seeing in any Indian language movie so far.It kept note of every little detail, no loopholes, nothing. Everything was top notch. I don't know what else to say. I won't say much about Jammwal as his acting was up to the mark, never did it seem superficial. It's a must watch for everyone, that's all I can say to wrap it up !

I was already a fan of Jake Gyllenhaal(He is one hell of a versatile actor !) before watching this movie. I was actually watching his movies in a row when I came across this one. To be honest I was a bit sceptical in the beginning as to whether I would watch it as the thumbnail picture indicated differently. It's not like I hate the LGBTQ community infact I like it because of the fact that there will possibly be no egoism in these relationships and the partners will be able to exactly be in each other's shoes due to the common gender. I took the risk and watched it and believe me when I say this that this is even better than heterosexual romance movies. It is unpredictable and beautiful. It has pain in it, depicts the social stigma yet so beautifully paints the picture. I won't watch it again as once and for all it has been stuck in my mindscape.The characters were so different Heath Ledger being the tough guy and Gyllenhaal being the cheerful talkative one but the love between them was so pure. I personally feel that his death didn't occur the way they said it did and actually he was beaten up to death. I loved how Ledger wrapped his shirt over Jake's while it was the other way around before and atlast acknowledged their relationship when Jake was no more. I believe this story by Ang Lee and the movie couldn't have better cast and couldn't be any other way.
