No option for 3.5, so I'm givin' it 3 stars. No doubt the movie was entertaining, still it was just okay-ish and a one-time watch. It had a good balance of comedy and drama. Besides the performances by the main cast, the supporting ones were equally good, or even better.
I liked the performances by Ali Fazal and Momal Sheikh the most. Their roles had layers. Piyush Mishra, Abhay Deol and Jimmy Sheirgill were good and their comic timing was on point. Diana Penty, despite being the titular protagonist, has less screen time. And she seemed replaceable. Anybody could've done her role. Like you could imagine just about anybody doing her role. Kriti Sanon, Kriti Kharbanda, Pooja Hegde, Parineeti Chopra, Anushka Sharma, etc, etc.
Entertaining, one time watch.
