Madaari is a must-watch movie. It beautifully decorates Father-Son connection. It also draws mass attention towards the Corruption, Power-Hungry Politicians and the dark side of Politics immensely.
The Movie starts with the punchline in the Marquee Irrfan's voiceover "बाज़ चूज़े पे झपटा, उठा ले गया! कहानी सच्ची लगती है लेकिन अच्छी नहीं लगती! बाज़ पे पलटवार हुआ! कहानी सच्ची नहीं लगती, लेकिन खुदा कसम बहुत अच्छी लगती है!
Irrfan(in the role of kidnapper Nirmal Kumar) has been phenomenal in every scenes. His ever-reliable and versatile performance was the sheer force that takes you along from one scene to the next. Be it how he tackles the precocious kid Rohan (Vishesh Bansal) he has kidnapped, for whom he becomes a surrogate father of sorts and vice versa. Or in how he articulates the depth of his pain at the unfathomable loss of his own son in a civic tragedy. There’s that desperately held back tear one moment, and a deafening despair and anguish shared aloud with random strangers in a hospital, in yet another affecting sequence. You just can’t not empathise with his agony. Jimmy Shergill (in the role of police officer Nachiket Verma) has done good job and Vishesh Bansal (Rohan Goswami) with his natural acting has been impressive.
The Content-based Song "Masoom Sa" sung by Sukhwinder Singh, penned by Irshad Kamil plays along with the story with its touchy effect. The master direction of Nishikant Kamat with Shailja Kejriwal, being it's Story Writer adds some beauty to it.
You should just watch the Movie for the thrill.
Thanks!
