Not sure what people like about this show. It’s a Lorde of the Flies rip off with terrible writing. Some great actors and solid acting but the writing seams geared more toward young teens with some sex and drugs sprinkled in. Both my partner and I only made it through 3/4 of the first episode and just couldn’t stomach the whole thing. Perhaps it got remarkably better with subsequent episodes but it just fet like a teen cliche. Awful.

Horrible pointless movie. I wish I could get that 2 hours of my life back. My hubby is even a sucker for b rated sci if and hated it too. It was like a bad acid trip only a bad acid trip would have more of a point to it. Did give it 2 stars only because the cinematography was lovely. Otherwise it was utter tripe. Don’t need everything spelled out for me and enjoy an intellectually stimulating film. However this film is so far reaching in its attempt to be that “something different and amazing” it borderlines arrogance.
