I Love this book! I was only 14 when I read it the first time. It opened my eyes to a world of different ideas and lifestyles. It did not mean that I chose that different path, but that my life was MY choice. I stood up to give my 9th grade book report, announcing the title. My teacher shut me down, saying that it was filth. She said she would not allow it to be discussed in her class. Times have changed! .

This book is wonderful! It will open your eyes as-well-as your heart! It may make you re-think your feelings in several areas. I simply adore it!
