I waited and waited and waited and they wouldn't except this years income as income. They only cared about the last 2 years and when they told me to get court papers for my child support income that's rarely paid and I told her that was impossible to get during Corona they said well then we can't help you. I would not recommend using upgrade if you actually need the money. Cause this place wasted 2 weeks of my time.

They are wrong more than they are right I base my day off what the weather's going to do and the weather people can be wrong every day and not care about how it effects other people who rely on the weather man doing their job. Get it together channel 4
