I did not think that a series could ever come close to the orgional Westworld concept and movie. So, I just avoided this series for the last few years. Now....What a surprise on a chance buy of an on sale Blue Ray set. I had it in my hand and put it back, but ended up due to lack of other options to purchase season it. That said I just finished season-1 and will start on 2 shortly in a Hi def 4-K version. One tip, some scenes are so amazingly rich in color that you should investment in the highest quality that your display will produce. As far as my feelings on season one, I was really, really blown away. The story lines and multiple levels of interconnected plots just keep you guessing, surprised and on the edge of your seat. Not sure why so many naked scenes are needed, but everything does add to the story. I am truly happy with this one, and a little worried that they can't match this with iseason two....will see.
