It's a well-written novel that explores the life of Tracey Whitney: a decent woman who worked in the banking sector being dragged into vengeance, and violence after the murder of her mother by a violent and corrupt group. She eventually turns into one of the best Con-artists in the world along with her rival and lover Jeff Stevens. This novel is full of everything-thrill, crime, adventure, and romance. One of the best books I've ever read.

A great novel that is full of thrilling and adventurous events. It shows how the lust for power makes oneself reckless and selfish. It also, on the other hand, conveys how courage and fearlessness can create an impact on many lives. This book, as usual, shows the genius of Sidney Sheldon. Just get on to the first six pages and then........... you'll be on the last page before you even notice it.
