F1 is all eye candy but no soul. Visually, itโs slick and adrenaline-charged, but once the novelty wears off, it quickly becomes a repetitive loop of cars drifting left and right โ with little else to offer. The races, though initially exciting, soon blur into each other to the point where reused footage wouldnโt surprise me. Thereโs barely any emotional depth or meaningful tension between characters, making it hard to care about whatโs at stake. The storyline feels paper-thin, almost non-existent, with no real edge-of-the-seat moments to hold onto.
Ironically, the most thrilling part of the experience wasnโt the film itself, but Appleโs immersive haptic trailer. That teaser delivered all the excitement the full-length movie promised but couldnโt sustain. Honestly, if youโve seen that trailer, youโve pretty much seen the best the film has to offer.
Unless youโre here purely for the visuals and engine roars, F1 is a flashy but forgettable ride.
