It was too good to be true, I do realize that the dragon model is very costly to maintain and it isn't the developers fault it turned out like this, but the energy system, scales, tiered subs and quite honestly worthless additions like the "worlds" have killed my interest on this game, which is a shame because through 2020 I had been recommending this to all of my friends and I had months of fun with it. Of course, you can still have your fun and it can be like the old times for a price... mainly something that's 3 times more expensive than what it used to be. For a lot of people it's not much, but for other people who are not Americans it adds up quicker. I hope they can have a better and more sustainable system on the future.

It's a very unorthodox, confusing and weird game. I can't say for sure what genre it is, what the story was really about or anything else. For many people it's more of an experience than a game. I personally really like theorizing about what certain elements were and how do they connect with other Suda51 games. It's not as clumsy and borderline masochistic to play as his earlier work but lack their depth. It's also not like his future work where he is now seen as a wacky crazy 4th wall breaking guy, it's approachable enough and deep enough to leave an impact on most people.
