Okay, I’m sure many have already heard how it can be so disappointing because the movie is missing important features from the book like Zu doesn’t have hair, Chubs is a blue not a green, etc. But the movie wasted a perfect entertaining story into a cliche lame teenage movie, if the movie was made for teenagers to enjoy, then they absolutely failed at it, I’m 15 btw. I can go on, on how they missed the guilt that you can uphold of killing a large society of kids, of how they didn’t include Ruby’s razor scene that held a deep pit in the stomach, or maybe of how chubs was so confident that he would make it out that he even made his letter that was supposed to get to his parents blank, that held deep meaning. This movie is not recommended especially if you read the book because you WILL be disappointed!
