The Sandman has the distinction of being the latest, boring, half-baked and poorly executed piece of garbage to come oozing out of the cheap pens of Netflix executives. The first few episodes show promise but takes a nose dive following episode 6. Don’t waste your time with this.

This show used to be something, but like so many of the supposed greats it's greatest appeal lay mostly in its potential to rise beyond its premise. Following season 4 (or arguably even since the beginning of the show), TWD has suffered from an aimlessness that plagued the source material as well. Unfortunately that aimless spirit has forced many of its once expansive audience to turn off their televisions, exit their streaming tabs and watch something else.
