Awesome movie! Awesome soundtrack! More than just a western! I'm so happy I was able to see this movie screening with the Divine 9 (Oo-oop!) and listen to the Q&A session after with MC Lyte, Regina King, Jay Z and Jeymes Samuel. We existed in that timeframe! We weren't slaves, we were enslaved! We were more than subservient! Director Jeymes Samuel is a genius. To show us it's okay with sharing our crazy, and his is wonderful!
