This was the perfect blend of classic Scoob and faithful representation of Courage, its characters and world. This crossover brimmed with love and care soooo much! It was so fun to see the characters interact with each other, look for references and get enthralled by the story which I didn't expect coming in. Several animated sequences and the creativity behind them were very impressive. The voice work's spot-on as well. Thanks to everyone involved in bringing this to life! Interesting and thrilling are the 2 words that pop in my head after watching. It felt camp at times which I expect usually from horror stuff but at the same time kept my intrigue to see where the plot and characters went. The slasher aspects reminded me of Jeepers Creepers but turned up to 11 (in a good way). But yeah, surprising and made really well on a technical level.

Gore-tastic, funny, twisted but heartful and thoughtful approach was the perfect mix for this Squad. Highly recommend. One of WB/DC's best outings yet!!

Being familiar with the more recent games it was cool seeing the characters brought to life in this iteration along with the action + violence. Hoping for sequels to spend more time with these characters + the world or a directors cut of this film since it feels like there was more footage to certain scenes but overall felt like a tight movie so there's a give and take there. Overall really fun and a great video game movie! Side Note: The visual effects and uses surprised me. Based on the trailer and Rated R Budget I wasn't expecting to see such detailed designs and cool uses of effects. The practical sets were great too!

Really fun. Would recommend to others. Even without seeing all the other movies it's pretty easy to follow. Here for the Monster fights after all and they deliver. Very beautiful scenery as well.

Seriously surprising. A great way to freshen up the Superman mythos/dynamics in a way we haven't gotten yet and/or fleshed out to this extent on screen. Combining classic aspects of Superman and Lois with a very grounded tone makes for a relatable Duo. A family dynamic with a lot of potential and avoidance of tropes you'd except at face value grasps you into their lives. Gradually I became as invested for how this family will move forward as much as how Superman will save the day. Stellar across the board from acting, writing, drama, directing, effects, etc. Can't wait for more.
