Far too many holes in the plot do not understand the ratings... Typically empty motorways when everyone is trying to fee the cities. Then at the Canadian border...Gridlock and freeway blockedwhen numerous cars are destroyed by comet fragments. Then miraculously, a clear road appears with no explanation?? Also world TV publishes location of survival bunkers in Greenland ... Yet they are only private plane trying to land when in realities there would be thousands fleeing there. Oh and they conveniently crash land within a mile of them. I am all for suspending belief but this goes beyond the pale. And as for the scene where they emerge after 9 months underground looking exactly as they did when they went in...!!!!
