IT Chapter Two is an hour too long and pales in comparison to the tension and watchability of the first film. It fails to bring anything new to the story (with the exception of Bill Hader’s Richie) and at times feels like a recap of what we’ve already seen. Skip it and watch Chapter One again. Grade: C-
