Here’s my review: Absolute nightmare. 100000000/10 would never ever in a million years ever recommend. Terrible customer service and they booked so many routes that it got to a point where most busses didn’t have a driver. Seats horribly uncomfortable and someone peed on the bus outside of the bathroom because it seems like the door to the bathroom was either locked or broken. Every bus at every stop I was on was delayed, the last stop I got stuck at which was a return trip leaving St. Louis, we were told we’d be leaving the station at 9:30am when we got there at 8:30am. Fine good, 9:30 rolls around, we get told 10:30 am and that was annoying. 11 am bus isn’t leaving till 5pm, then 4pm, then cancelled, then 5pm again. I got so frustrated I got up and booked a flight home and left the station. Now I am waiting for a deserved and demanded refund from them.
