It's no Rick & Morty but its streets ahead of Disenchanted. I'm not necessarily a "Trekkie" -- I do watch the new Star Trek shows on Netflix and the movies but never were into the TV series, but it was very easy to understand and get into. There are some inside jokes I got but also a few I feel like I missed. It just has a great "energy" to it. Feels very well paced, vibrant and energetic voice acting -- everything I think Disenchanted is lacking. But yeah, pleasantly surprised, very each to watch, some good laughs, can see some meme-able moments and just overall an "enjoyable" experience. Highly recommend if you're after some easy-to-digest light-hearted comedy.
