Low budget, yes. That doesn't mean it is not good. This did what a movie needs to do, take me out of my reality and entrench me in its own. The backstory is good to know, but not crucial. We're following these two characters in this small area and time frame to get a glimpse of how terrifying and confusing this situation can and would be. The ending might make you mad or make you realize that this terrifying and confusing situation would also be way bigger and more important than any one individual. It's about setting aside differences and uniting to protect our community and our way of life.
