Zero research was done for this film. If an officer is in the middle of that type of investigation they sure as hell aren't going to be placed in a Dispatch Center. Literally the only thing they got right it how trying a 911 dispatcher job can be. The basic story line was okay the film was horrible. I normally stay away from movies like this as I get enough Dispatching while at work but I love Jake Gyllenhaal so I figured I would give it a shot. Complete disappointment. I only gave 1 star because unfortunately you gotta put something in there. As always Jake Gyllenhaal's acting was awesome. Too bad he waisted his time and talents on this.
