Constantly crashes after completing a challenges and looses the progress making me doing it again. The game is boring and repetitive as well

I like the game itself but what I don't like is the fact that ea cant adds a change email address for your ea account to save its life. FIFA has it all the other ea games have it so why doesn't this game have it I can't log in to my ea account anymore and cant access online features
