How this film didn't receive an Oscar is unfathomable. Van Damm's portrayal of Chance Boudreaux was some of the best acting I've seen since Gary Johnston saved the United States of America. John Woo brought us down a rabbit hole of pure action that while have Texan Critics at the edge of their seats for decades to come. Almost Ripened Tomatoes would surely give this 5 Stars.
