The choice to make it animation makes little sense, and cameron (rip <3) was still not needed for the movie so no point to do it as an animation. Animations require a lot of work. It was very short and not interesting and was very predictable. Barely a "movie" all it was, was chasing down hades. Worst "movie" in the descendants series.
