Sneaky Pete is a good show to watch to pass the time. The performances are good, but the premise feels recycled and borrowed from former popular television shows and movies. I remember watching an episode of Perry Mason that began and unfolded very similarly. The show even acknowledges similarities to a con used in the Sting, as well. There are differences, obviously, but this show's story lacks originality to me. If you've never seen Perry Mason or the Sting, you may enjoy it more than I do.
