The movie was pretty good! The plot wasn't special or anything just your standard biopic but me and my entire family enjoyed, it was really engaging and interesting throughput. Pankaj Tripathi's acting was phenomenal and for a newcomer, Janhvi Kapoor's performance was quite good. This movie was a pleasant way to pass the time, especially in the lead up to India's Independence Day. A lot of respect to the real life Gunjan Saxena, who went through so much to achieve her dreams and serve her country!
I can't believe the movie is getting such low reviews just because of the hate for Jahnvi. Yes, she got her role because of her connections but at least give her a chance to prove herself. Mindlessly hating a movie, especially one with such an inspirational message and patriotic aspects, helps no one and solves nothing. Frankly it is an insult to the cast and crew who worked so hard.
