1st half (4.5/5) (Excellent!)
2nd half(2.5/5) (TOO MANY FLAWS but because of star's stellar performance it's just watchable!)

Songs(3.5/5)(Mere Naam Tu is a visual delight and others songs are OK)
Acting(4/5) (Anushka rocks,Shah Rukh Khan as usual and Katrina also good acting!)
