One of a handful of books that I often refer back to. He talks about becoming organised is not running with scissors. In other words, just picking up one thing and starting to work with it and integrate it into your life is not risky and will make a positive difference. I read a few other reviews that seemed to indicate the book was either common sense or over the top. I highly recommend it amd advise it specifically for people like me. I always thought that some people were naturally organised and that others weren’t. I falsely perceived that it was a personality trait. Rather it is a skill that can be learned. I’m sure there are many different ways to learn it but for me, this book has been instrumental in my learning and consequently my ability to get things done. Thank you David Allen for sharing this comprehensive guide to organising and managing the stuff and the projects that a happy full life consists of. Highly recommend.
