Well acted except for Moose. Good plot and props.

Once again, I cannot join the critics who have a nostalgia bias for some of these old classics. I really didn’t enjoy it. I was actually bored most of the time. The supportive acting was abysmal and the soundtrack was super annoying. Furthermore, the screen play, though pretty solid, had some awful moments like when Kane’s Show Girl wife was yelling at him for forcing her to sing. Just plain bad. The cinematography and editing were excellent, but it’s hypocritical to claim this to be the ultimate movie based on just these attributes. I score it a 6/10.
