This book bought Covid and the lockdowns crashing back home. It amazed me how much I had forgotten, or put out of mind. Louis T seemed to suffer just as much as the rest of us. I loved his honesty and quite frankly I donโt think I could ever be brave enough to admit to my own shortcomings in the way he did. A very worthwhile read.

Loved it! I was feeling a bit of trepidation because I loved the original so much and sequels often donโt live up to what has gone before, but I neednโt have been. Itโs wonderful. Paul Mescal does the role proud, and it was great seeing Connie Neilsen back for the sequel. She is amazing, all the cast were. Highly recommend.
Cannot understand how anyone can give this movie 1 star or how after half an hours viewing can write such a long winded review. Its escapism, not a documentary.

Always interesting to discover a virtually unknown (to me at least) part of history. Not a fan however of the need to โoverpadโ facts in order to have enough material to make a film.
