Apart from Kashyap's selection as a villain (could have been someone else), this movie is a slow-churning, gripping, near-humorous, tragicomical, refreshing thriller. Only if every rapist thinks about his own mom and sister before touching another woman against her willingness. 4/5. Every rapist should watch this movie.

Leftist dravidian movie template: Love Jihad promotion - Done. Mocking hindu customs - Done. Promoting Islam - Done. Hindus should be shown as bigots - Done. Muslims should be shown as saints - Done. This is more of a documentary than a movie and a much awaited unveiling of the hidden stories and scars from 1990 kashmiri genocide bloody chapter. To get justice, one should first listen to the story which has been kept away from the public discourse for 31 years and this effort from Vivek should be appreciated, not for its cinematic/aesthetic brilliance, rather for showing the unvarnished and undiluted version of truth.
