This is an absolutely incredible read. As a coach myself, the insight that Mr. Custancc outlines in this book is fantastic. I picked up the book with the intention of reading it for enjoyment and maybe taking a few kernels from it to assist in the way I coach going forward. Instead, I finished the book with highlighted points on almost every page and a number of "dog-eared" pages outlining specific points. From a hockey perspective, from a leadership and a coaching perspective, this is a book that I think should be mandatory reading for any leader in either sport or business. I don't want to give anything further away, but definitely buy the book... It's an incredible read!
