The Hate You Give was so real life. I say this because it's such a real topic that we still struggle with today that was supposed to be taken care of decades ago. With the many events of 2020, this book just makes it even more real and relatable to many people of the African American culture. Though as I do not want to spoil this amazing read, I definitely recommend it.

I absoloutley loved this book. It was such an nteresting read. I dfntiely thought the beginning was a little borig but as I read more into the book I got hooked instantly. I really hope the second one is as good as the firt one!!
