I think the plot of the story towards the end was weird and disjointed. The series didn't progress in an organic way in my opinion. Maybe if there were more episodes it would've worked. Regardless, I enjoyed that it was a period piece which meant that there's a lot of visual interest. Visually, the show is STUNNING. You can watch it for the vibes but maybe not for A+ plot progression :)
