Nicholas Cage grabbed my interest instantly. The loneliness and sadness of the characters make you want to find who dunnit. It's not fast paced and some scenes having me wondering if they were hallucinations of the main character. Rural desolation, suicide, mass murder and mental illness make this movie a must see and hard to solve for thriller fans.

Violent, merciful, cruel, vengeance, redemption, darkness, sprinkled with a dusting of hope. The lead actor takes you through his journeys and I felt his soul.

Life throws situations at you and you have to make decisions. Fair or not. It's about the journey and not being afraid to love.
