Sims on PC may be 4 or 5 stars but it seems like they don’t care about console players, the bugs and glitches are endless even on a ps5, you can’t play for 10 minutes without experiencing something that will freeze the game, crash it, or just ruin the gameplay. Updates get rid of glitches but also bring new ones, I don’t think there has ever been an update that has actually gotten rid of the glitches that actually occur the most. I have to reset my game at lease every half an hour because of the glitches and sometimes the game crashes and I loose all my progress. Waste of time.
Some people may say that the game has good aspects like building a house, which I can’t do right now because some of the controls have just stopped functioning so I have to reset the game. Or maybe making a family, which also took me around 3 hours because the game froze twice and I lost the families I was making. You may have been told you can have loads of households but that’s if you have a supercomputer, my ps5 with around 3 games can’t handle 4 households.
The packs are decent, but the concept of having to pay to get the full experience is stupid. I know whenever a pack comes out I’m going to get it, gameplay becomes fun again and then I loose interest a month later and won’t touch the game for months until another pack comes out or I’m too bored to do anything else.
Play this game if you want to waste money and time and if you have a supercomputer.
Update*** it’s been a month and a half since I wrote this and they still haven’t patched the bug, so the game is still unplayable it’s just a waste of storage at this point.
