A couple brings their two teenaged sons to a ski resort in Austria. The wife argues with her husband who is sad and disappointed. The kids don’t enjoy themselves. The couple argues some more. The wife gets hit on by some young guy but declines — an attempt by the writers at amusing character development but confusing and weird instead. The husband tries to have fun but can’t figure out how to make his wife or himself happy. The family misses out on fresh powder and amazing skiing, while the best part of the movie was the stunning views of the mountains which no one seems to appreciate. Not a comedy. Not a ski movie. Not recommended.
