I recieved the worst customer service. I purchased 1600 points using the Microsoft Store website. I was charged $14.23. I did not recieve any points. I contacted EAs live chat, spoke to two representatives and spent a total of over 2 hours on the waiting list. When I finally got ahold of someone, I was told I had to wait 24 hours before they could do anything to help. I informed them that I bought the points for ultimate scream packs which only had 9 hours left, I asked them if I could recieve a refund if I did not get the points in time for the ultimate scream packs. Their reply was "Nope. That's not how our system works." And that was the end of it. This has been a complete nightmare and noone has done anything to try to help. I continue to get the run around answers.
